Second, for future reference, you can use this resource to check if a card(s) you're interested in are available in the game: https://db.ygoprodeck.com/lod/
Third, it seems that many, if not all of the cards you listed, are anime-only cards, meaning that outside of the anime, they don't exist anywhere, neither as real life printed cards nor in any of the Yugioh video games. To find out whether a card is anime-only or not, you can check them in the Yugipedia, for example:
https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Deceitful_Dark_Contract_with_the_War_Deity
At the bottom of the page, under categories, it says "anime cards with no OCG/TCG counterpart", meaning that the card in question only exists in the anime. That category is present for all the other cards as well that only exist in the anime.
I think it's a shame that these cards don't exist in the game.
Do you have a tip or two as to where I can find good deck suggestions for D/D decks?
1. Pick a suitable premade deck recipe in the game as a base to start with; you can probably win one or more of them for D/D from the Arc V campaign/duelist challenges, if you haven't already. If you don't have all the cards listed in the recipe, then either grind the missing ones out first or replace them with e.g. some generic staple cards.
2. Playtest the premade deck a bit to see how it plays out; what aspects could be improved, which cards feels useless in it etc. Then check Yugipedia for card recommendations for that archetype and edit the deck accordingly to what feels right to you:
https://yugipedia.com/wiki/D/D
3. Searching some deck builds on Youtube can also give more suggestions for what cards to use.
I thank you for the help and the tips.
