does 'chaos summoning beast' is not available in this game? i checked the card list on https://db.ygoprodeck.com/lod/ but i can't find it. Also other cards in that deck, such as 'dimension fusion destruction'

No, the structure deck is not in the game and will probably never be in the game. Konami didn't make this game for people why actually play the card game.

Not sure on a number specifically, but it came with the Master Rule 5 update

As seen in the video, the "update" is only for the Switch version. All other versions got it as a new game. The release of the "new game" is basically the only reason the Switch version got an update, similar to how the "previous game" got an update on PS3 because the PC version got released.

We're talking about content update for the current version here (the one that's on all platforms), meaning updates since its PC/not-Switch consoles launch. Which means none.

Ah I see. I stand corrected then, I was unaware of that fact. Though its not improbable to think an update COULD happen, however I highly doubt it.
