Tuner monster
when building a deck, is it possible to change the filter to show tuner mosnter only?

Filter - genre (just under "limitation") - tuner. This will show all cards specifically related to tuners (both tuner monsters and tuner-related spells and traps). Just add other filters to only show monster cards (using the "frame" filter) and you're good to go.

Disclaimer: you'll also see a few monsters that support Tuners without being tuners themselves. There's still far fewer of those than there are of tuners. Also, remember that normal tuners, pendulum tuners, and even normal pendulum tuners all exist when setting up those frames.
