How come there's some cards missing?
But some decks have been updated. Weevil uses that new cocoon card to summon his moths instead of having the amulet of ambition and Jaden uses Stratos, which wasn't in the first game. There are probably some more minor changes I haven't encountered or noticed.
In the single player modes, the entire ban list is ignored. You can run three Soul Charge or three Pot of Greed if you want. The only problem I noticed was that the character that you play as tends to have poorly built decks, especially in that match against Mai in Duelist Kingdom where she runs all the new Harpies and the early Jaden decks where it is far more luck dependent
