Where's the Vrains story?

Every other series has the robot introduce the series and the characters talking in text boxes before and after each duel but vrains is just a series of duels with anime decks, there's no story in this story.
This is the only story mode that wasn't in the original game so did the devs not bother making it with this release?

The new guy is even in the banner for this game so I would have thought they'd put more effort in his plotline but I can't find any.

I guess it doesn't have a story, but it still has the battles. Also DM isn't complete, as it's missing a whole arc.

An arc with only two duels. One (the Ceremonial Duel) is already in the game. The other (Bakura with the most broken mill strategy this side of Empty Jar) doesn't work due to requiring nonsensical anime-exclusive cards.

The game was rushed. VRAINS was still ongoing when the game was released. There's a ton missing in each of the series.
