Finding Archwizard's Construct

I'm having a hard time finding the Archwizard's Construct so I can finish my First Edition. I've full cleared the Imperium at least 12 times looking for them, to no avail. I've seen it can have a bounty so I've started rolling back time, checking the bounty board, then leaving if I don't see it (which I never do).

Is there a trick to get this mob to spawn? According to the Fandom wiki you have to kill Isa, which I've done 3 times. I've also seen the Archwizard's Mechana a bunch of times which has the same requirements.

The few times I found the Archwizard's Construct was over to the top-left of the Imperium, where most of the other mechana hang around. It didn't seem to appear when the Archwizard's Mechana was around either, so if you see that one it probably didn't spawn.

It only started appearing once all the golden bounties appeared, around after defeating the 4th boss.
