PS- going through the portal ZEROs your world clock, there's not going back. After you beat her you go straight back to home base to reset the clock.
There is a specially spawned metal wall structure where there is a sewing machine in the first room, and in the back room is a Chaos enemy boss fight with a gear. The Cryptomancer is there, giving a small lore dump about the 'building' before things went to ruin.
