Cognitive awakening bug?
I've got my kansen to lvl 100, s ranked everything in story mode and am working at about match 80 in extreme battle. chips are researched and in the inventory but no prompt to awaken them can be seen anywhere (and I've looked EVERYWHERE) is this a bug or are there conditions I've not met?

it should be on there status screen (in the dock) and should be highlighted above there exp-bar, when it is not, check everything from prologue to chapter 6 again, you might have missed one

You have to S-Rank every battle chapter 1-6. Go through the chapters and make sure you didn't miss and event battle. I had the same problem, but I went into chapter 1 and there was an event battle I missed.

yeah, hood was hiding in to top of the map at chapter 3
