Bug: Open World Operation (Genesis)

Genesis has multiple major bugs in it. The first is that the "Pack Leader" can spawn with the first hyenas, and does not respawn if killed. Since the mission objective to kill it only appears after destroying the three hyena dens, killing it before you have a chance to destroy them prevents you from advancing the mission.

Secondly, the incubator is also bugged. It can be deployed outdoors, powered up, and will still say "Inactive" on the mission objective log, and will not progress the Hatching Progress %. Once again, this prevents the mission from advancing. I tried a few troubleshoots like relogging, placing the incubator in a different biome, nothing has fixed the issue.
