Can't ride zebras on Prometheus or is that a bug?

The day before yesterday I successfully completed the zebra rescue mission with my son and we each took two of the animals with us to the orbit. However, when I wanted to bring her into my base on Prometheus yesterday, I couldn't ride it on the planet. They stand there as if rooted to the spot and cannot be moved a millimeter. You can strap a saddle to them and mount them, but unfortunately you can't ride them. The animals cannot be led there either. On the other hand, on my base on Olympus, I can ride and lead the animals. Is it intentional that the animals cannot be used on Prometheus or is that a mistake? If that's what you want, it should definitely be included in the description of the DLC so that there are no misunderstandings.

Sounds sort of like Prometheus doesn't load any of the animation or behavior files for Zebras cause there aren't any on the map normally.

get on said animal then esc and use unstuck option
and you will be able to ride it had it happen a few times with my tames myself
