I was riding my mount up and down the mountain this afternoon, but due to a model issue, I accidentally entered the interior of the mountain and died from a falling injury. All of my props were locked inside the mountain and cannot be retrieved

Have email [e-mail] for several time from 2024.11.22 ,but get no reply

feels so angry about this

what i am expecting :
1.a reborn ，just at the place where i am
2.help me get all my props, cuz i can never retrieve them by myself!!!

In the ESC menu there is an loot retrieval button. If you move close to where you died it should light up and let you collect your items that fell through the map.

If you cannot get close enough you to recover your items you can try one of the auto-save backups to revert to an earlier time. The auto-saves are found in this folder:

C:\Users\[WindowsUserName]\AppData\Local\Icarus\Saved\PlayerData\[SteamID#]\Prospects\
