Can't start Open world

I had a save awhile ago on open world, i have items on there i wish to put back in the drop ship and return, but when i click if Resume Prospect it just makes a noise and goes back to the menu before showing my Openworld settings..

1.1) Have you played PC Solo and been a Host?
1.2) Try loading your Openworld after selecting a character through the 'Load' submenu. If it doesn't work, describe what happened.

1) Screen shot wouldn't help, i click to resume prospect and then it says Private or steam friends, i choose 1 and click ok and it goes back to Start Prospect(the page before)

1.1) Yes Both, i'm maxed and played since games release (if that helps)

1.2) It goes back to menu as if i clicked nothing(It's like the button or load doesn't work or exist?)

1.4) Running as admin and not in offline mode.

I decided to play the game after not playing for maybe a few months and i even tried reinstalling the game and verifying files with no luck at all, i guess i just delete prospect and cut my losses and rebuy exoctics again =\.. or Quit.

There is one main point here, as in all multiplayer games.
All ‘clients’ will be able to play as long as the ‘Host of map’ is active. Also Host=server (the one who initially initializes the map) as the captain of the ship should be the last to leave the game (or Mission).
If you are not the Host of the map you are trying to connect to, then you will not be able to.

1.2) It looks like the ‘owner’ of the Host of the map you are trying to connect to was another person and, as a result, you cannot do this. Because I have already seen descriptions of such complaints “word for word” more than once.
