Missing String Table Entry

Ever since i reinstalled after trying to cure a crash problem on startup i have missing string table entry on every button in the game, so i tried uninstalling clearing any leftover files then reinstalling with the same result, any ideas on how to fix it please.

3) It looks like you have a mod installed or had mods installed before. (you didn’t write about it) It’s just that before everyone who complained in this way had problems with mods.
So uninstall, update the mod or: you need to go to the address of installing your Icarus in the directory (FOR EXAMPLE)
x:\SteamGames\steamapps\common\Icarus\Icarus\Content\Paks\
and make sure you have no other *.pak files besides 26
pakchunk0-***- WindowsNoEditor.pak files.
And there are no additional directories like (“mods”)

PS (x:\SteamGames\steamapps\common) the address above is the installation address of my Icarus, I don't know which path to your installation.

No mods, as i wrote before uninstalled then cleaned any residual files reinstalled, got the missing string table entry on all the buttons in the game tried verifying still the same. all the pakchunk0 files are there no additional directories. How do i add a screenshot ?

If it's easy, really add a screenshot of what the 'missing strings' look like. You can add a screenshot through Steamb or through anything, even through https://imgur.com or something like that, and then throw a link here.
A screenshot of the initial splash screen and then you will need to somehow make sure that your language is selected in ‘Settings’ -“Game Settings”. And also check what happens if, for example, you select other languages.

Update on this - I reinstalled on my C drive rather than my M.2 E drive and suddenly had intro screens and access to libraries returned. I did a bit of searching on this and some other users seem to have also experienced issues when installing to a drive other than where the main Steam repositories are located.}

Both Steam and Icarus is on my E drive C is used for windows 11 only
I have discord open sometimes, this only happened after the Icarus update previous to the last one, about ready to call it quits with this game, shame to as i was enjoying it.

PS The main hypothesis at the moment, based on the patterns that were received from those people who said at least something about their PC, installation, OS, etc. -> is that the main suspect is Windows language packs or language processing in Steam. There are no patterns in the game. That is, everything only indicates that individual people themselves, in the course of some of their actions, carried out certain manipulations, which resulted in this problem.
Even if your language settings in GameUserSettings.ini go wrong, Icarus will still load in the language that is installed in Windows by default. (I personally checked it several times)

PSS Therefore, I am waiting for answers to my questions in the previous post, and then if you, of course, want to continue, let’s try to experiment with forcing the language switch in the GameUserSettings.ini file and then too much will become clear.

I have resolved the issue thank you, there was a folder called mods that although was empty was the issue upon deletion of said folder and a restart of everything the buttons once more worked, thank you for all your help it is refreshing to get such indepth support
