Defense against predators

I put this on their upvote site, its a suggestion for sulfur based stink bombs. Something cheap and easy we can craft that will 'fear' predators when thrown. A defense against predators when you arent equipped or capable of killing bears and polar bears.

there definitely needs to be actual defense mechanics rather than cheesy tactics to take advantage of AI. block, parry, dodge & repulsive gear.

yes. they are countering the cheese by making bears climb cliffs, leap tall buildings, and run faster than speeding trains!
however, we have no choices.
I DO NOT think that players should be killing bears with knives. Or shooting them in the head with bows.
