Blueprint prerequisites
Any blueprint that requires another blueprint as a base material should require that the player unlock the base material first. This would make sure that players are actually able to craft the blueprint they picked. Unlocking a blueprint that requires something like composites and then realizing that you have to gain another level to make use of it is very annoying and does not make sense, especially when some of the recipes are not very clear where they are produced such as where composite paste is processed into composites.

It's not a big deal.
It's easy to level up in this game...

Yes it happened to me, but I got over it and learned to...

The reason it's not required is because you can then change how/what you learn when playing with people. So like if you're playing with a friend both of you don't need to learn something like composites. One can learn it while the other learns something else. Makes earlier progression different. Eventually you can learn every blueprint.

What I think should be changed is how things are individual points.. like armors I feel should be combined into 1 bundle. Maybe make it cost 3 points but you learn the whole set of 5 pieces. There's other blueprints though that are like you learn 1 bed for 1 point.. I'd rather see more value or just have them combined for a higher cost. The tech tree would look more streamlined and it'd feel better than like now if you level up you can only learn 3 pieces of a 5 piece armor set.. so you'd have to save points to get it all.

you never stop getting points for that so it really wont matter. but your kinda right on the armor. just have 5 points use for the set not individually selected.

I said you eventually can learn every blueprint. I just think the change visually would also be a change psychologically where it doesn't feel like it's as much because you're buying 1 thing instead of 5 individual things. Especially if there's a slight discount. Like 3 points to learn the full armor set. This way if you level up into an armor set you're guaranteed to be able to learn the whole thing too. I don't think anything should be worth more than 3 points. If they were to have varying costs.
