Edit: doesnt works for me. what works is, to switch the resolution. its really strange. I love this game but this is really anoying.
hell I have 32G of ram.. I really don't think it matters I have all my settings at medium or off and my game runs like crap.. and when I look at the task manager under performance nothing on my system is being utilized more than like 35% so whatever this garbage stutter/drops is.. it's on their end.
Resolution has nothing to do with system RAM. But thinking it does might give you some potential insight into your issue. ;)
I did noticed since updating to the Radeon 22.3.1 drivers yesterday the performance (when hosting) seems to be quite a bit worse with frame times going as high as 50ms. Haven't had anyone else host for me or tried single player yet.
Edit, I think they really need to add FSR 2.0 asap considering how horrible performance is.
