Characters are UGLY

Why are all the characters so damn ugly? Like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ what's the issue with modeling pretty people? Why do I have to play as a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rhombus from narnia?

I don't have a head. My offline characters must have been bear food once too often and the cloning facility decided to try and save some time. I wonder how my helmet stays on. I seem to be able to complete missions anyway.

This game and its mechanics sound intersting but I don't like to play games with characters that can not be turned into sexy beasts (emphasis on sexy, not beast) anymore. No necessary talking about "stripper thongs" but eyecandy (think BDO). This still an issue here?

I believe it was an attempt to make characters non binary in nature and concurrently non good looking. My one character has a (female) form and voice but man hands haha. Can’t imagine her Sméagol feet.

Yea for a game with so much effort spent on textures and shaders the character models are abysmally horrifically bad. And the customization is just short of checking M/F.

Pretty sure you're never "stuck" with any character feature? Seems to me, I can go into "Customize" anytime my chars are at the station and modify to my hearts content. bug?

I'm also fairly certain my character is a vampire. He has this northern european vampirey look. He just needs a tuxedo and a cape, and he's set. Vlah.

Pretty sure he normally has a unibrow too, but he shaves the middle part. Secret unibrow.
