Anelace drops from the Soul Vessel boss, and Rune Anelace is just the +3 version of it, so probably high levels of Soul Vessel.

Tramping Lance is level 100 now, it is due latest update? there is another way to get animal pelt? or another location for Tramping Lance but at level 50?

why do i need lvl 100 char just to get a lvl 50 weapon.
