(Spoilers) How to romance Vace?

I am nearing the end of year nineteen and have already broken up Anemone and Vace and he still had no boyfriend dialogue? did I miss a skill check or moment any help is appreciated.

How did you break them up?

You need to befriend Anemone helps to befriend Vace too and if you initiate enough scenarios with Anemone through combat training at high friendship she eventually will bring up how Vace is treating her and you'll be able to intervene and let her know he's no good. Both times it triggered for me around year 18 :)

So basicly you become friends with Anemone, have her tell you that he is a women abusing pos, break them up and then become the gf of said women abusing pos?

Vace is intriguing and you can genuinely turn him into a good man if you get him help and make him realize his mistakes, every character is able to change personalities with the proper choices.

To be honest, he has his moments, like when he tried to stop Nem from treating her mom like ♥♥♥♥ because she is a civilian.

But otherwise I'm not sure you can change a guy like that.

this post was simply for help with a game and/or to help not sure how my game info turned into questioning toxic personalities but you do you folks lol.

Man lol I hooked up with him and got him into therapy and he patched things up with Rex but then the romance just kinda never progressed after that? As in I never got to the point where i got the achievement for finishing his route completely. He was at max hearts too... But this seems to happen with multiple people, even at max hearts i sometimes never get to the end of their personal story and i have no idea why.

I'm really curious about how to romance Vace properly too because I'm doing everyone's and at the moment I got his romance ending where he didn't stay with MC and they broke up and a friend got the astronaut ending where his romance isn't mentioned at all. Would love to know if anyone successfully romanced him :(

My ending slide (with him at max hearts but didnt unlock him on the main screen) was weird. On the first epilogue text slide it mentioned my longtime boyfriend vance and what he did for work but then went on to say "decades long friendship" on another screen haha.

When I did Vace's romance in the epilogue I finished his route with full hearts and got him to officially date me, but in the ending we end up having an on and off relationship which we break up for good. I don't know if that's because of the specific ending I chose which was to make a deal with the Gardeners or that how his ending is in all different colony outcomes. I'm kinda sad that if the only epilogue you can get with Vace is to inevitably break up with him. I mean he's really trashy but I have horrible taste in men

I did the deal with Gardner deal ending too and he didnt break up with me, he calmed down and reigned in his temperament and became a decent person who now teaches kids self defense stuff while also acting as a security officer of sorts or something to that effect. It just started off saying he was my long time boyfriend, then went on to say through my decades long friendship with him I saw him grow as a person etc.

theres so many variables so its hard to say why you got a different ending, hmmmm...

Sometimes, because there are so many criss crossing paths and arcs, the text doesn't always match up with each other towards the end.
