Or its only homosexual relationships?

I've got the game on Itch.io (about a year or two ago) and would like to know if the MC is supposed to be female by default - in the Nomad intro with the male MC, the assassin initiates physical contact, which would be read either as an attack/insult or as being hit on if the MC was written a guy (not sure about NBs). Then again, the social conversions might be different in the setting, though any physical contact with or entering the personal space of a stranger without explicit consent looks weird....

Just out of curiosity. I wonder if there's a community favorite. Mine's probably Maja.

Prefacing this to say I love the art, and the story is interesting so far. I think most of the characters are more sarcastic than they are charismatic but some of the love interests are sweet (Raiden, Erik and Roux). So I'm happy with getting to know the lore and characters. But, so far the nomad I'm playing is kinda crap. They can't sneak, lie, hide their emotions, come up with a cover prior to landing into any situation, they don't pay attention enough to their surroundings to spot threats or memorise ...

Just wanted to check in and see if anyone has heard anything since there last post which I believe was back in July 2023?
