How The ♥♥♥♥ Do You Beat the Final Boss?

Seriously. I don't see how it's possible. Go in cover and the boss throws rockets at you that'll kill you as soon as you go out. Stay out in the open and you're getting demolished by homing rockets that are faster than you are. Do a mix of both and the rockets will still kick your ass. How the actual ♥♥♥♥?

Without having gotten the really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ well hidden skull thingos how the hell do you beat this thing? Is it even possible without cheesing it with a shotgun like I saw someone do? I see no footage online of it.

I kill that boss by hiding in one of the teleport things hugging the wall inside. by stafing and shooting, yet I was lucky to beat theat queen if I rememebr well it was about 20 years ago wehn I beat that game tho.

You're not collecting the keys. Did it by accident once.

No. I shoot by BFG many times but boss not died.

Oooooor you can find the artifacts (3 hidden levels, 3 artifacts), which allow you to disable the demon teleporters, and which also empower the Unmaker (the laser gun) to the point that it's basically cheating.

I shot her with BFG while the platform she was on lowered then I held the run button and ran around her in circles while spamming the plasma gun. Took 4 tries but it worked

Its entirely doable without the Unmakyr both on EX, and the original game.

First one is cheesing the boss, and is also much harder than it looks. It wasn't an intended way to beat the boss, I'm sure.
The second requires the skulls.

Do you have to restart from the first level if you miss a key? Or can you get them through level select?

You have to get close my guy, RIGHT in her mouth, hit her with all 40 BFG tracers.
