Obviously M.O.T.H. was a gateway into the world of adult visual/kinetic novels etc.. been a big fan since (all the usuals especially like being a D!K, acting lessons, city of broken dreamers etc..)

I've noticed there's been a few popping up here and there, Lust Theory was a good example, where the devs decided to introduce actual voice acting into the visual novel. I don't really care either way if the story is good, though I will say it makes a few scenes more.. "immersive" if you're hearing moaning, or shouting/fighting, or anything else with emotion or intensity.

I was just wondering what your thoughts were on it?

I definitely considered it, but being a solo, indie dev, it's quite a lot of work to add in voice acting (hire voice actors, communication, implementation, etc.).

I did ask my Patrons on multiple occasions if this is something they would like, but it never got a lot of votes, to be honest.

(It might happen for my next game, I haven't decided on that yet.)

MOTH still is my favourite porn game ever. The only thing that was missing was a proper harem route. I didn't follow Mystwood Manor development at all. Is harem something which could happen in this game?
