??? Game Won't Run !!! ???

When I start the game, i get the messege: Program will be terminated. After that it closes the game. How to fix this?

Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Soldiers Heroes of World War 2
Right click on soldiers.exe
Click Properties then
Click on the Compatibility tab
check "run this program in compatibility mode"
set it to "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)"
Click Apply
Click OK

Use same instructions as above, but use Vista SP2. Works great for Win7 64bit.

I couldn't get it to work using XP or Win2k.

I had it working on XP compatibility running on Win 7 64Bit everytime I launched it it would want to install Gamespy which I don't want so would just exit set up then the game would request admin rights to run (?) and it would work fine, now all of a sudden I disallow gamespy the abbility to install (which I did before and it worked) it now kinda demands gamespy install before and after the game requests running, then says unable to launch "app already running" WTF >.<

works for the first time using non-xp ...cheers dude, runs like a dream on windows 8.1 in WinXP service pack 3 comp mode. that one didnt work on my vista

I have just got this running windows 7 64 bit and this does not work for me....
No compatability seems to work. It gets to the second advert/intro screen and crashes.

Any ideas?

Have the same prop like DarkOmen. Tried all types of compatibility but nothing works for me. Have win7 64bit.
