The links that I sent didn't help. The game starts, a picture appears, and that's it.

My colleagues prepare the GEM RTS documentation both in English and Russian.

As for Arch Linux, I'm unsure if we can help at the moment.

Have you tried other Linux distributions? Debian is known to work, and I've heard of success using Proton on Mint.
