I'll forward it to the team.

Can the bug where you cant rebind keys in-game be fixed?

Yes, we have it on the list for the next update. In the meantime, you can manually edit the `keys` file located in `C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Soldiers Heroes of World War 2\profiles\player` to work around the problem.
Можете исправить проблему, когда перемещаешь камеру при помощи клавиатуры, перемещение прерывается, если двигать курсор мыши.

Hello. Game crashes with an error: Bitmap 'no origin' is too big (ebitmap.cpp, 239)
Configuration: nVidia RTX 2070
Monitor AOC AG271 QG 2560x1440 120 Hz

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch game with native resolution greater than 1920x1080
2) Open any mission or training
3) Save game
4) Open load dialog
5) Select saved game ---> see Error dialog box

Apparently, the probem is caused by screenshot which game previews upon selection.
Workaround is to save a game with lower resolution and replace higher resolution bitmap with lower one.
Picture can be completly unrelated to a saved game.
Now game loads saved game without crash.
Thank you

Hello, we fixed this issue on R1.28.5. Change the beta channel to patch_beta to access R1.28.5. More info:

I've added this to the list, we'll look into it.

bad patch released! The problem in the editor is that units are not copied, neither equipment nor people when ctrl c = ctrl v stopped working, but in the beta version of the editor everything worked fine
This "patch" just adds some "fullqrum launcher", that no one asked for, and deletes your saves.

I can't comment on the launcher, as that's up to the publisher. However, Best Way (we) has made many technical improvements to the game, including Windows 10 and 11 support, proper upscaling for 4K and widescreen displays, Steam networking for online multiplayer, Steam Workshop support, and more. Not to mention, all of these improvements are done without any financial support from the publisher. You can find details in the changelogs of these two dev blogs:

R1.28.5 - January 27, 2025
https://steamcommunity.com/ogg/11480/announcements/detail/507318638682833896

R1.28.4 - January 20, 2025

As for your saves, move your profiles and mods folders from this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Soldiers Heroes of World War 2\
To this folder:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Soldiers Heroes of World War 2\
We've mentioned the directory change in the changelog. Here:
https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/11480/view/761771660008227128?l=english

We had to do it in order to make it compatible with Windows 10 & 11.
Thank you for your reply.
