[SPOILERS] - QR Code Bug

I've scanned all 5 items but I've only got 4 numbers on the scanner. I turned the game off and loaded my save but everything had been reset. So I grabbed the scanner first thing, went to scan the desk drawer shadow and it said I'd already scanned it even though I had no numbers on my scanner.

Also experiencing this still today. Went as far as to reinstall the game and start a new save. First thing I did was plug the desk in and go grab the scanner. Pulled the drawer out and tried to scan the shadow and it said "Object Already Scanned" but no numbers on the scanner.

2021 and this is still an issue. I almost wonder if this bug only happens to Index users for some reason, as a friend of mine on an original Vive was able to get this QR code to scan properly, but I, on Index, can't, after repeated tries.
