1. Make shotcut of the exe file and add command line "-window-mode exclusive"
2. In 3DSen settings set to 120hz and disable frame skip
My 3D TV is a Panasonic plasma that works with 3D display mode in Windows as well as side-by-side in regular display modes. For the Dolphin and Citra emulators, I find that the side-by-side mode works best. Retroarch also has (had) some stereoscopic shaders that apparently worked once upon a time but they don't seem to have been ported over to the new slang shader system yet so I don't think they are usable right now.
I created a list of instructions that worked for me... hopefully they will work for you too. This worked on one system with an NVidia GPU and another with an Intel IGP. (I am using an Panasonic Viera TC-P65VT25 plasma TV for my display.)
Part A - Installing Reshade into 3DSen
1. Download and run ReShade_Setup_4.7.0.exe from reshade.me
2. Click on “Click here to select a game and manage its ReShade installation”
3. Select 3dSen from the list and click “Use selected application”
4. Select Direct3D 10/11/12
5. Select Depth3D by BlueSkyDefender and click OK
6. Click OK at the next three screens (titled Select “Standard effects”, “SweetFX” and “Depth3D” files to install, respectively)
7. Finally it will say “ReShade Setup was successful!”. Click the X to close the program.
Part B - Configuring Reshade in 3DSen
1. Start 3DSen. You will see a gray Reshade box at the top of the screen.
2. Start a game
3. Press Home to open Reshade configuration and Skip Tutorial (or you can go through it if you want).
4. Select DisplayDepth
5. Click DX11 tab and select the 1920x1080 depth buffer with the most draw calls. You should see the game’s display change to grayscale.
6. Click Home tab and then Edit global preprocessor definitions at the top of the bottom pane.
7. Enter 1 into the boxes beside RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_IS_UPSIDE_DOWN and RESHADE_DEPTH_INPUT_IS_REVERSED and then click outside the dialog window to close it.
8. Unselect “DisplayDepth” and select “SuperDepth3D”. After a brief pause, you should see the game’s display change to stereoscopic side by side (activate your display’s stereoscopic side by side mode at this point). From there you can optionally edit the SuperDepth3D parameters to your liking.
9. Press Home to close the Reshade configuration
Enjoy playing in stereoscopic 3D!
Edit Global Preprocessor Definitions nor is DisplayDepth.fx is not needed. SuperDepth3D don't use them nor needs them.
This is because I added this game to the Overwatch.fxh Header file. So SuperDepth3D is able to set setting for this game so you can play. It also apply a workaround for ghosting issue that comes up. Done all automatically.
You can adjust SuperDepth3D to your desired screen output and adjust Divergence.
I tried make this process as transparent as possible. Also this compatibility was done on the day 3dSen was released. I am happy to see it works.
Please enjoy your game.
Oh thank you for the contribution! So could you create a shorter guide for fresh new users of Reshade please? (Oh and I remember you know, you are the guy in discord ^^)
However 3D vision was pathetic and hollow now that I have witnessed the power of these fully armed and operational VR games!(3DSEN doesn't really count in that regard since you still just use a controller like you always have before but it's still neat.)
I have not met someone yet who has tried and not been impressed (also much more comfortable and natural for your eyes when you set the pupil distance), but I have many friends who are too weak to handle the intensity of the more aerobic games and unfortunately they must be abandoned to the misery of their 2D squalor..

1. Press Home to open Reshade configuration
2. Click the Settings tab
3. Click the box to the left of "Effect Toggle Key"
4. Press the hotkey or hot key combo you want (I use Shift + Home).
5. Press Home to close the Reshade configuration
=> Now you can press your hot key combo to enable/disable 3D SBS.
Enjoy playing in stereoscopic 3D!
{edit: confirmed reshade works quite nice, even tried it on several other games. :) }
No, no. Not dead at all. Nvidia abandoned us, tv manufacturers stopped making 3D tv's, but there's a growing community working to get the newest and latest games running in 3D Vision if you still have the hardware. New steps to get 3D running on the latest nvidia drivers which dropped 3D support on both Win 7 and Win 10.
Just waiting to see now about 3D Vision working on the newer 3xxx nvidia cards via some workarounds. Check out the 3D Vision discord, it's very lively if you like your games more than flat 2D representations.
