They care more about SNES IP than NES so that would be a tricky thing to deal with imo
I would imagine SNES games would be more difficult to do, but i would LOVE to see how Super Metroid and the Final Fantasy games among others would look <333
Speaking of which, FF 1 needs support!
Games like:
F-Zero, Mario Kart, Starfox, Super Mario World, TMNT Turtles in Time (Neon Night Riders stage, fighting Shredder in the Technodrome), etc.
Working with superior hardware presents a far more difficult conversion process one would imagine.
Having said that,IF a 3D version for the SNES were ever produced, such a project would easily be a day one purchase for me. Just imagine having 3D conversions of classics like:
- Donkey Kong Country
- Super Street Fighter II Turbo
- Super Mario World
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles In Time
- Super Castlevania
- Mega Man X
- Star Fox
- Super Metroid
- Final Fight
- Super Contra
- Super Fire Pro Wrestling X Premium or Special (<----my personal pick)
...and that would be just scratching the surface of the large number of classics and obscure Super Famicom hits the SNES has to offer.
Man, SNES would be epic
I am quite sure with recent Yuzu takedown, Nintendo demonstrated, that they do not give a ♥♥♥♥ and as long as you do not have more money in bank account then them, they will ruin you with lawsuit fees.
Thats only because of the way the emulator allowed the games to be played
Not to mention its for a system that still has games being developed for it which honestly makes sense.
No1 cares about emulators for consoles that dont have games being made for them anymore.
