Can it be used with Nvidia 3Dvision?
That would be pretty sweet if it were the case.

They already have a 3D fix for NES games using one of the emulators, not sure if it's using Migoto but I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. Migoto works for many DX11 titles. Check out the 3D Vision Discord, lots of folks there working on getting retro games to run in 3D Vision.

2 people have got it to work in 3DVision, not sure many more have tried but they're using the beta builds of 3DSen

Apologies for the necro, but I wanted to get this on the first page so that fans of stereo 3D can see it.

Indeed it works great in 3dv, although you'll probably want to keep it disabled while dealing with the 2D cursor on the settings and menu screens. Also, a few of the games suffer from a bit of ghosting. But most games look utterly stunning and are much more impressive than in pancake mode.

Note that stereo 3D is NOT officially supported (thus the 2D cursor and other occasional UI bugs). Also, make sure you adjust your convergence (not just your depth) to maximize the amazing dollhouse effect.

Is there a custom 3DV profile used to engage the 3D output? I'd try this out with some clear instructions on using 3DTV Play

I may not understand your question, but activating 3D output has never been done with any kind of profile. You do it within the Nvidia control panel, set up shortcuts to do so (as I did for years), or do it via 3D Fix Manager (my current solution).

3D Fix Manager is your best bet if you want to use more recent GPU drivers, though I think the most recent one you can use even alongside 3DFM is from August.

In short, if you know how to use 3dv, then you know how to use it with this emulator. There is nothing particular you have to do any differently.

Thanks. I didn't know if you needed to specify a certain game fix to the .exe of the emulator to engage the 3DV.

3DVision support is well stated in the FAQs thread - question 5:

Thank you for posting that; I completely forgot about having to add that command line option.

Apologies to No Known Stereotype.

I didn't even know I was wronged. No worries.
