Performance Issues?

I've been playing the game for a little under 80 hours and it felt like a lot of the games were really slow and laggy, but I just thought that was the deal with it being a NES styled game.

Unfortunately for me, I'm finding out just now from watching other people stream the game that the game actually has been running very slowly, from 30 to 40 FPS, even though I have well above the minimum specs in every respect.

Has anyone else been having similar issues, it's kinda killing my motivation to keep going knowing that I could be playing it with much better performance.

Consensus is that most issues can be fixed by changing from Borderless to Fullscreen. If that doesn't help, probably worth raising it in the Bug Report section.

Figure I may as well follow up here, too. Figured it out, it was one monitor was reset to 30Hz, somehow. It was fixed when I set the refresh rate back to 60.
