Start with buying a couple watch dogs and introverts. Then buy all the auctioneers and cupids. Then buy the rest of the introverts. You can buy either of the star guests; they both function the same. Once you have all four, you can buy out the magicians to speed up the win. You can essentially guarantee a win if you have this setup before 10 turns left.
With introverts, you need to judge when to invite more guests and when to end early. For example, if you get two introverts early on, you can risk trying to find a third, but if you have a lot of rooms, it may also be good enough just to end early.
I just replicated this strat, won with 3 turns left on my first try, including one turn where the police were called.
The climber will build up in points, and the auctioneer will make more room. I would have 3 climbers, and then sit on that until you have 45 pop. Buy a unicorn, and if you have enough a magician. The magician is basically another shot at reducing the troublemakers. Switch out a troublemaker and you never need another unicorn to keep the party from copping out.
Of course, you really should buy as many magicians as you can as a magician, especially after you have at least four stars of friends, is basically also a star chance.
Nailed it in 4 turns just now and I wasn't even really min maxing.
