In Koala Block, there's a bush NPC at the top of screen at level 40 (you can see it disappear if you enter the level) that says "Greg me with a spoon"

I tried doing some things to see if I could get him to move (having idol in inventory, being on 2nd loop, hitting it a bunch, waiting a buttload of time though I left before I died from it, looking for other talking walls, etc) to no avail.
Wasn't aware this was a thing or if this particular one is even one of them.

This might be the Rock On! Island one? There's a hidden path to the far east island with 4 mammoths, and one says "People can be smol-minded, sometimes," probably referring to the "Smolski" developer.
I have no clue how certain games like Magic Garden, Paint Chase, or Attactics can have a hidden message anywhere.
