I'm looking for a hint on how to find Pongo. I just discovered plasmoids around the bottom right socket of Termite Kingdom that all say they can hear the King sing? But I searched every tile in that area and didn't find any clue to where this king is.

I think you are missunderstanding what king they are talking about. There is only one king.
