The interplay between recovering health and maintaining top speed was super fun and the game would certainly be lesser if its hp system were to be removed.
1) Get used to the car controls.
2) Get used to the map layout.
3) Know where the extra time containers are and how to get them (especially if you're aiming for cherry).
The game may seem impossible when you first play it, but once you really stick with it, it will slowly become more and more manageable. My main issue with the game is limited continues. I don't mind having to re-do the current day over and over again, but it really hurts when you have to go back to the very beginning. At least I don't have to cherry it anymore.
