Checking items for the garden from game menu

Is this a feature I've missed? The garden is my favourite thing to see update and improve, and I'd love a way to quickly check if a game on the game selection screen has already given it's prize for that.

If you go to the garden you should see an option for "gifts" in the bottom right, I believe it's the A button? It'll show you all the gifts you obtained. I dunno if you know this already, but you can check how to get each gift by pressing B on the specific game and scrolling over as well, and it'll show you a checkbox on that screen if you've got the gift too!

Thanks for the advice- I more meant a way to see at a glance when you're on the game menu, like the way you can tell a game is cherry/complete from the cartridge colour haha
