Pilot quest special/secret enemy

Hey i found a secret/special enemy in pilot quest in the castle-like area. It looked like a cartoony cat in black and white that shoots in a + direction and throws bombs. I could not kill it beacause i was low on time but when i came back it wasn't there anymore and i didn't have time to take a screenshot. I haven't found anyone talking about it

that's Nozzlo. Dealing with him is required for the cherry. He's annoying, killing him once isn't enough. Gotta keep finding him, and he has several different spots all over the world he likes to appear at random.

He's annoying because he moves erratically and does a lot of damage, but he is prone to getting stuck on the scenery sometimes, which you can use to your advantage.
