is there a fruit i should be leveling more

im at 2 million energy and 100000 magic and i am wondering if it is worth it to spend alot of my seeds on the adventure fruit as i heard from someone else that the world after strange lands takes an insane amount of stats

Just about everything is worth maxing out eventually. The first priority is maxing out seed income to make everything else goes quicker. Give the gold fruit a few upgrades harvesting it for seeds, then switch to pomegranate once you can afford that unlock if you haven't already, then watermelon when you have built up enough Ygg NGU to make that manageable. By the time you can afford the watermelon, you should be almost done maxing out the first page.

I focused Gold->Pom->Watermelon, doing an occasional round of evenly bumping everything else up one level to avoid having too many different timers going.
