I started sadistic and there is this new blood ritual, but it doesn't say what it does.

Also just got a "end" card with a 69 tier

are these both end goals?

yes, they give 1 of 16 end pieces that need to be arranged like you did for the exile unlock

Thanks I assume I only need 1 end card? I now have 2

Casting the card gets you that piece and yes, you only need one of them.

You don't need the pieces until way later so don't worry about saving up the 600 mayo to cast it yet.

You'll continue getting those cards, so no need to hold onto them.
