I am not saying you should buy it, and you probably can't. but if you punch in your PRESENT amount, it will SHOW you how much exp you have spend up until now on cap and power.
You SHOULD ideally spend exactly the same amount of exp on cap as on power, at least in my view, and I believe that was why it was priced this way
i have base energy power of 2,043,100 which cost me 306.465 million
i have base energy cap of 76,617,000,000 which cost me 306.468 million
23.7 million cap cost you 94.8 K
so you need to spend about 55 k ONLY on power to even it up
It looks like you evened the energy pretty well
in the case of your magic it is the opposite, you have too much power and not enough cap
People have different opinions about p:c:b ratio and the current popular guide[sayolove.github.io] has you changing that ratio a few times over the course of the game.
Typically, you start at even cost and adjust to suit to what you want or need. Even cost is 1:37500:1.875, but you can't get fractional bars. Many suggest 1:1 p:b as even cost but 1:2 is closer.
Some people (like me) favor higher bars. Personally, I like capping EM under 2 minutes and run a 1:2.5 p:b using 2:75000:5 ratio. I don't know where you're at, but the feature unlocked with UUG uses bars as a multiplier, making them important for more than just capping EM fast.
For energy:magic, even cost is 3:1. The guide changes that ratio a couple times over the course of the game. Once I start investing in magic (which doesn't really happen for a bit after unlocking it), I'll get to 3:1 and keep that ratio for the rest of the game.
There are some sheets and tools out there that will do ratio calculations for you. I use this tool[jshepler.github.io].
