A few of the early Troll Challenges are also open to you. An example is that if you're already good to reach boss 100, then just do that but with the troll things affecting you.
No Equipment is similar in that you just repeat up to a certain boss # but that boss # doesn't get higher, so just do all repetitions and knock it off the list.
You should be able to do a first couple of No TM and No NGU Challenges also.
24 hour challenges should be easy enough with all upgrades available to you, but just need to get to boss #X. Usually it is recommended that you can keep one of the 24-hour challenges as the last one you do, so that you'll use it to get back up to where you're going to be going forward after you did your batch of challenges. So let's say , you want to get back to around boss 130 to start your life of Evil progress. Then after you do a few of the 24-hour challenge up to boss 120, and any other challenges you want to be doing, then leave the boss 130 challenge as the last one you do so that you'll work your way up to where you want to be and cross of that challenge from the list as well.
There is the idea that you just want to do them when you can finish each challenge in about 15-30 mins but I figure, if you're willing to do the challenges whenever you want to, then take whatever time you want and just work through the ones that you have the patience for.
In my case, I usually picked a long weekend (like Thanksgiving weekend, Labor Day weekend, etc) where I can do a batch of challenges from about Friday to Sunday. This included some time for No Rebirth challenges since I would be sleeping for 8-12 hours a few times during that weekend, so I might as well let it run through a No Rebirth challenge as well.
