You can of course do them earlier if you need the bonus it gives but usually you do this (and most other challenges) around Walderp.
Among what helps are wandoos (preferably 98 because you are still in the "bootup" that early in a rebirth) and augments.
Augments might seem counter-intuitive in a no time machine challenge but you can still get gold from adventure mode and use it to get the first or second augment up and running quickly.
If you are after UUG, beards can end up getting you a noticeable boost.
If you are doing the challenge earlier than that, yggdrasil's fruit of power alpha (and beta if you have it) can make a difference as well but you need to wait a full hour for their growth.
So 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 30, 60 minute rebirths, which you should be doing anyway during challenges.
