beat beast v1.
Now on the feels like might be a long journey to v4 and evil dificulty, any tips and things I should focus on?

had a busy week hehe. Finished badly drawn, started boring world, and beat v1.

I know I need to get my energy up, as with gear I'm only at 2.1 billion energy and 151 million magick. How high should they be for evil?

And what is the best ways once I max out my gear to get my level up there? My NGU's are low, as my highest right now is energy adventure at 20k.

and definety know I need to get more PP, been putting points into improving cube and boosts rate as it's starting to take forever to boost gear, and would help with progressing at times.

Continue doing what you have been doing already and you will reach higher versions soon enough.
V1 has equipment as drops so that will already bridge part of the way to v2.
V3 is pretty close to the next zone (and last of normal difficulty) that also has equipment.

Do challenges that you can do (the last couple 24h challenge will probably still be too hard), continue to raise your various fruits towards a max rank of 24, rebirth daily to continue to increase the permanent bonuses of beards, grind itopod for points (and boosts to some extent), raise NGU levels, do some quests and continue to spend expo mostly in energy and magic stats.

All titans will have the 4 versions from that point onwards, and yes it takes a while to bridge the gap to the next zone but as long as your various permanent bonuses are going up you will be fine.

should I raise my magic? I'm not sure how much to raise it, as energy seems to be the far more important one, but magic is ocasionally painfully slow hehe.

The rule of thumb is to spend exp equally (in terms of exp) across all 6 stats (power, cap and bars for both energy and magic).
Your "base" magic stats should end up being about 1/3 of your energy stats as a result.

You can of course min-max if you want (there should be plenty of data and even guides between steam and the wiki if you want to do that), but that rule of thumb has the advantage of being fairly easy to follow and decently close to the results of min-max stuff anyway.

what do you recommend for evil? Or about what what it be?

Finish all normal difficulty challenges before going to evil, or you will have to go back to normal difficulty later on to finish them.
Other than that, not much really.

Once you are in evil difficulty, the meta seems to be to not rebirth for a while, I think it is until you reach v1 of the first titan in evil difficulty and get its drops.

When you are in evil difficulty, do some evil NGUs until the levelling speed slows down and go back to doing normal NGUs (you can switch between the two in the NGU feature).
Other than that, it's the same as before, using all features to try to get higher multipliers in just about everything.

Sorry I meant magick/energy, like 100 billion, 1 trillion or what? and what carries over and what doesn't to evil?
Fel Jul 7, 2024 @ 4:11pm
Everything carries over, it's just that there are rather big dividers applied to a few things (attack/defense, wandoos speed).

There is no set amount of energy/magic stats for specific points in the progression, you just keep investing exp in them, until you start to reach hard caps (after bonuses, and even then you continue to invest exp into them to lower the amount of items you need to reach the hard caps) but those are far from you for now anyway.

Whenever you can, try to get the perk named "first harvest's the best" as well as those around the fruit of knowledge.
The first one will greatly increase what you get from the first harvest/eat of each fruit for each rebirth.
The second one will turn the fruit of knowledge into a rather big source of exp (especially when you can increase its max tier to 24 and fully grow it).

I will, my current goal is to easily be able to do v1 after a resh rebirth, yesterday I made it, but barly to manual kill. today hopefully I can make it without the deadline.

My current thing is getting level 100 in all quest items I can do, and from there focus on ngu's/perks while rebirthing. I will definetly grab those ones, also was thinking of grabbig the first titan kills.

evil prep meta: https://sayolove.github.io/ngu-guide/en/chapters/chapter-4/#evil-prep

It doesn't give EM numbers because as Fel says, it doesn't really matter that much. As long as you've been pumping EM and staying on ratio, you should be fine with whatever you happen to have when you make the jump.
