"Advanced Training Bank" Perk and Instant Advanced Training Levels

Does Advanced Training levels gained at the start of a rebirth via Adv. Training Bank perk apply its bonuses immediately like Instant Adv. Training, or does it only apply the level bonus after the Adv. Training tab gets unlocked at 12 minutes?

Banked levels are not transferred until advanced training unlocks - which is when all BT skills are unlocked. The time that takes depends on the BT upgrades[ngu-idle.fandom.com] you have: 25 mins, 12.5 mins, 8.33 mins, or 6.25 mins.

So Instant Adv. Training perk is worth a lot more than I thought. And Adv. Training Bank is worthless (for now). I was afraid of that, good thing I asked before dropping all my points on that.

Higher-tier banks will be far more important when you get into Evil where they become effectively mandatory for progress. Still nice to have some in normal.
