Average 100% Steam Achievements completion time?

I don't know if you can really get a good average since a fairly large chunk of people that reached that far progressed through the game much slower due to the game still being in development.

It's definitely not a small amount either way, I have 9k hours recorded on steam (game running time, not counting offline) but I had at least a couple thousand more from before steam.

If you started around the time the game was nearing completion I'm sure you can clear it all in less than half of that if you really try.

Been at it for almost 2 years now, and have almost 10k hours and I just broke 1 quadrillion energy this past weekend. I'm at about 86% achieves complete, but I've made some mistakes if you've seen some of my other posts. So take that as you will - I'm estimating 15k hours based on my info and the other posts.

First achievement was 33 months ago, but I had a 15 month gap/break in mid-normal. Close to 6k hours 'played' as well. Building up to Titan 10v2 currently...hoping I'm at least halfway =?

20-24 months is a reasonable time frame for people who manage consistent daily play, recognize that Adventure mode is the limiting factor for progress, and don't run too far off the rails.
3 months Normal
9 Months Evil
8-12 months Sadistic

Im 2000 quest points away from my last "the end" piece. 801 hours

I was not a fan of the active gameplay, I did it when I has to improve equip and some very specific things like daily progress tasks

I left the game running all the time and finished the last achievement at around 16,000 hours. Even though it was running constantly, it was very far from optimized. I did not use consumables or micromanage much of anything, just daily rebirths as often as possible and trying to find a balance between time spent and efficiency. However, that is with essentially no offline time, so all progress is included in those hours.

I just got the last achievement today.. 9700 hrs in game time. roughly 3 years since I started, but I was going weeks between sessions for the last year or so, I didn't rebirth for almost a year at the end so not optimal.

I had it running all the time when I first started but that dropped off after 6-8 months. most of the recorded time is from then.
