The specific entry is in page 2, right under the achievement for rebirthing once.
If you don't have it the specifics of this is to rebirth before the 30 minutes mark with boss 37 defeated 3 times in a row, including the rebirth after the third time (people tend to forget about rebirthing after reaching boss 37 for the third time in a row).
It also used to require 80 clears before the somewhat recent changes to challenges so it was a significant time investment.
If you wait until mega land where the basic challenge starts to be needed you will be able to clear it in not time.
By the time you get to walderp you will be able to do at least the first clears of most of the other challenges simply by spamming very short rebirths (3 or 5 minutes since the first is the minimum and the second is the first "jump" in the time factor), resulting in a ridiculously low clear time.
And when you have the beast or chocolate set you will be able to finish pretty much every remaining challenge (with the exception of the last 2 24h challenge because those more or less require that you invest into attack/defense for rich jerk with exp and PP, which you will need anyway for evil difficulty).
Of course those those are just guidelines, the first clear of each challenge rewards you quite a bit so doing that earlier can get you decent returns (like the first 24h challenge increasing the boss exp by a flat +1, it's ridiculously good when you are in the very early game where your exp comes from defeating bosses over and over).
