30 min rebirth vs longer ones

So the guides say to start by doing 30 min rebirths to work on reducing the cap point for your training screen. At what point do you stop doing 30 min rebirths and do longer sessions?

At least when you can kill titan. Their respawn is no less than 1 hour.

From what I read people move to 24h rebirth for beards while at the same time when farming XP do 15/12/10/7/probably less minutes rebirth.

You can hover on the Zone's name and it'll show you a tooltip with useful information.
Same thing with Titan. It'll show you recommended stats and the needed stats to auto-kill it.
I try to kill Titan as soon as possible (to unlock new feature).

Regarding 30 (or less) minutes vs longer rebirth,
Does the extra time gives you more (xp, boss kill, item, etc) than using it for another rebirth?
Is it worth it? It depends on your situation and playstyle.

In the FAQ for rebirths it mentions at the bottom of the text, that if you do 3x rebirth within 30min and beat boss 37 each time, you will get "something nice"... I tried it and did not get anything... is this still in the game, what would I get, and do I need to start from zero, or can I use a tun first where I took longer?

"Info 'n Stuff" button -> "Achievements" button -> second page, and it should be the 4th thing on the last row

If that is marked as completed then you did it correctly. I think the only reward is what it lists on it there (points that contribute towards the boost to all AP gains that the in-game achievements provide). I don't think there was anything else.

There is 200 EXP for that also. You get reward after you rebirth 3rd time.
