Have you done any of the challenges yet? Some of them offer really good rewards early on.
I see that your iron pill is available. It's a permanent boost to your adventure stats. Make sure to put a good chunk of blood into it when available.
Are you maxing out the items that drop for set bonuses? They add up as they are permanent.
Are you using the NGUs at all? They are slow at your level but the upgrades are permanent.
Have you tried beating GCT titan yet? That should be your next goal as it unlocks a really cool feature.
Doing quicker rebirths might be a good way to get xp by killing bosses.
Don't worry too much about your number. The game is actually bottlenecked by your adventure stats.
I had no idea set bonuses were a thing but I haven't yet leveled my current set up that far! I mostly leave adventure idling in the ITOPOD in order to gain EXP for permanent bonuses.
Had no idea Iron Pill was a thing, just put some blood into it but it didn't do much :/
Thanks for the advice, gonna try to do that
Something you might be missing is that the adventure gear that you have equipped boosts your attack/defense for fight boss. So maxxing your gear (level it to 100) and fully boosting the power and toughness will help you beat more bosses.
Now, you might think, "since I'm focusing on adventure, I should buy adventure stats with EXP, right?" You would be wrong. Spend your EXP on energy, magic, and other things. They will help you boost your adv stats more than just buying them directly will (for now). Most of your adv for now is coming from gear you get in adventure, which then gets boosted by advanced training and other things. What you would be able to afford with EXP would be a tiny, tiny tiny fraction of that amount, so don't waste your EXP.
Then when you're not playing anymore (because of work, sleep, life, etc), then let it run that 1 day, and come back to it when you're able to, then do your couple of 30-60 min rebirths again. Rinse and repeat.
It will seem like you got a big number for letting it run 1 day, and then you lose that number when you just do some 30 min rebirths, so it will seem like you're losing your progress, but getting to the higher boss is not the main goal at this stage of your game.
You may not think you're progressing much, as you might always end up at boss 80-90, but what you're actually doing is to reduce your Training caps to get lower and lower, until it is 1, and also, you're getting EXP. These two are some very good goals to have at the early part of the game, and rebirthing around every 30 minutes will help maximize your advancement towards those 2 goals.
