https://gmiclotte.github.io/gear-optimizer/#/wishes
I'm sure everyone else knows all of this and thinks it's obvious, but this is something I'm really bad at.
Wishes however follow very simple rules, so stick to them and you will be fine:
As such spending as little as possible would be "the most efficient" way, although very slow. But it also means that if you need resources elsewhere even 1% of total makes wishes run at 1/10th of speed, so they should be ALWAYS running, even on hack/NGU runs (keep some useless wishes on "cap" for this purpose).
You will get the very good results if you divert about half of E/M to wishes and all R3. So with 4 slots, allocate 10% / 10% / 25% to each wish.
My goal is to not just throw all my resources into wishes. If I have 2 slots open, and I can get away with (example) 1 quadrillion / 1 quadrillion / 1 million in each and use the rest in NGU's / Time Machine, I'd like something to help me figure that out. I want to put the least amount in for the max amount of time.
