wiki unclear about wandoos
I can't make heads or tails out of the statement "Wandoos 98 Levels, earned by consuming 'A busted copy of Wandoos 98' higher than your current level". I currently have several "A busted copy of Wandoos 98 Level..." at levels 1, 1, and 8. Am I supposed to combine them? Am I supposed to use them? And if so, am I at level 1 now, and I should reach 2, 3... and so on before I touch 8? Or in other words, what does this statement mean?

Tooltip when you hold the mouse over the wandoos button should show your level in wandoos 98 (and your levels in other versions of wandoos as well, when you get them).

When you use the "busted copy of wandoos 98" item, that item will lose levels and that tooltip level for the feature will go up.

If that tooltip currently shows it at level 1 and you have a copy of the item which is level 10, you should be able to consume the item 3 times. 1st use will make the feature level 2 and drop the item to level 8, 2nd use will make the feature level 3 and drop the item to level 5, and 3rd use will make the feature level 4 and drop the item to level 1. (Or something close to that. It's been a long while since I had levels available to gain in wandoos.)

Yeah, I stumbled over that part too.
Wait...
I wonder if perhaps they aren't aware of the shortcut when merging items? D+click to merge all copies together at once instead of needing to drag each individual copy into another one. Or of course we also have the option of the auto-merge slot as well, like... oh, it was actually the same person who mentioned that tip.
...
Another thought: Are they thinking that drops from whichever titan are the only way to get the item? (In other words, is the complaint about the time it takes to get the items in the first place before you can merge them?) Are they forgetting (or unaware) that it can drop in the sky zone as well? (checks wiki) Oh, two titans. Both GRB and GCT. And three zones as well, not just one. Sky, Ancient Battlefield, and Very Strange Place.

I'm fully aware of these hotkeys, but you still have to manually do the wandooses and it gets pretty annoying starting from 50 and onward cuz you can only do 1 level at a time.

Would be cool if 4g added a feature to "auto-consume" a certain slot in your inventory so you could place an item there like wandoos that would be automatically consumed every once in a while

Okay what? I merged all mine to maxx it out. then, as the tool tip said, I clicked it assuming my wandoos level would be 100. what am I/what did I do/ing wrong?

You can't “skip” levels like that.

Suppose your Wandoos OS level is 2, and you ctrl-click a level 100 Wandoos item. Your Wandoos OS level will go up to 3, not 100; and your item will lose 3 levels making it 97. If you click it again, your OS level will be 4 and your item level will be 97-4=93; and so on.

You need a LOT more than 100 copies of a Wandoos item to raise its OS level from 0 to 100.

Edit: Also make sure you haven't protected your Wandoos item with shift-click; protected items (items with a red border) can't be consumed, so you'd need to unprotect it by shift-clicking again first.
