what is the mysterious red liquid and how did i get it?
all i know is i beat a boss and went to my inventory and it was there, i don't remember the boss but i know i was in the clock dimension when i got it

It is a rare drop from the second titan (grand corrupted tree).
Using it unlocks the "hyper regen" skill (a very potent heal when fighting manually in adventure mode) and the 1-time reward for levelling it is a reduction of the cooldown of auto attack and the cooldown between attacks when fighting manually (but it doesn't reduce the individual cooldowns).

as i said in the edit, i already used it and when i get new things my one of the first things i do is see what rewards i get for it, but for the players who aren't at that point yet may find that useful.
